Kusab is managed by director Tim Maycock (Cert Ed, MIfL.) Tim is an experienced multi-discipline trainer with extensive experience of training within the policing family and with other organisations such as local authorities, supermarket chains and transport companies (bus and rail.).
Tim is an experienced trainer for police custody staff and is considered an expert in this field and in the wider field of Safer Detention. As well as holding the Certificate in Education, Tim is a Member of the Institute for Learning and holds A1 assessor and V1 internal verifier awards. He has attended the NHS Conflict Resolution National Syllabus Familiarisation Seminar authorising him to train this area to NHS staff.
