Recent Projects

Kusab were contacted by major supermarket chain who were concerned that their regional loss prevention investigators had not received recent training and there were concerns over the monitoring of the investigation process.

Kusab worked with the company (as per our quotations page) to develop a training package suitable for their needs. We also developed a method of recording investigations with them so that the status of any investigation could be quickly determined if a member of staff reported sick for instance.

The feedback from the training sessions was excellent and four months after Kusab’s input the Head of Loss Prevention said,

"During the last 4 months my team have been involved in numerous investigations.  I have seen a vast improvement in the way that they approach an investigation, which has ultimately improved the final result.  All persons present during the training have adopted the methodology which you delivered and now have far more confidence in their own abilities as lead investigators.

I believe your training has added considerable value to the role of Loss Prevention here."
