David joined the police after leaving the Navy. He has experience of operational policing in urban and rural settings. He holds the
Police Trainers Certificate and spent some time training new recruits at two Police Training Centres. He is a current trainer with experience of general law, probationer (Student Officer) and diversity training. He holds the Certificate in Education.
Tim joined the police via the Cadet scheme and has worked
in a variety of operational policing roles. In recent years Tim has successfully gained his Police Trainers Certificate. He is a current trainer with experience in probationer, custody and general law training. He holds the Certificate in Education, is a Member of the Institute for learning, is an A1 Assessor and a V1 Internal Verifier.

As a registered limited company we must make annual returns and our accounts are open to public scrutiny.
At Kusab Training we believe in being open and honest with you, our customers, in a way you will not see on some of our competitors web sites. We do not mind you knowing who we are, where our company is based and what our telephone number is.

The associates we use are expected to adhere to our high standards.
This is the Riverside Business Centre, where we have a “virtual” office. This means we don’t have a full time presence but can use the facilities of this and other centres as and when we need to. We don’t need a full time office and so you don’t have to help us pay for one. You will benefit from the savings we make by doing this.
