You have had some good news. You have passed the Paper Sift and now have to prepare for the Assessment Centre.
But how do you go about doing that? What do you need to know and do?

Currently a large proportion of people taking the assessment centre or PIRT fail. Come with us on a one day course and find out how to make the most of your strong characteristics and how to develop your weaker areas. This will give you a better chance of success.
You will learn about all aspects of the assessment centre and you will be able to practice key skills. This will be a 10 hour day, so that you can assimilate the information and practice what you have learnt. You will also cover areas that will assist you like force structure and current policing issues. We will look at diversity issues. Lack of knowledge in this area could jeopardise your whole application.
You will be given feedback throughout. At the completion of the course you will be given the chance to have a one to one tutorial with an instructor to give you individual, structured feedback.
