It is important for Kusab Training that any services provided are of a high standard and reflect the needs of the client.
For this reason we believe that arriving at a quote is a collaborative process.
We will speak with your staff to assess your training needs. If you wish we will travel to your premises as part of this process at no extra cost. You will not receive a hard sell, just honest guidance and advice. We pride ourselves on being an ethical company and our advice is always free.
Once we have assessed your training needs together we will provide a proposal for you to consider.
Where necessary this may include a range of options. All options offered will be fully costed. This will usually be a fully inclusive price unless the client prefers to be billed separately for expenses.
We will not expect any payment for work until after it has been satisfactorily completed.
